This cotton and velour pad attaches quickly and securely to the main Diabetic liner using a hook and loop fastening strip. For some, a larger circumference calf can mean the liner on their OPED product does not fit as desired and a gap is present between the two connecting parts. The calf extension liner is to bridge that gap, allowing the liner to comfortably be secured around the calf as intended. This is suitable for the VACOped/VACOped Diabetic and the VACOcast/VACOcast Diabetic.

Opt for the calf pad if you are unable to use a foot pad for any reason, or if you are managing trauma injuries to the knee to hip region. The calf pad is also a good option for the athletes looking to increase recovery from sore calves and shins.
