The calf extension liner is to bridge that gap, allowing the liner to comfortably be secured around the calf as intended. This is suitable for the VACOped/VACOped Diabetic and the VACOcast/VACOcast Diabetic.

If you find your calf circumference is too large for a good amount of contact on the top strap of your boot, even after adjusting the strap clips to their largest setting, our extra long strap can replace the existing top strap to allow for more contact and better security.
